Managing a heterogenous region specifically leading pricing and investment decisions of trade funds and media budgets. Supporting markets in product launches and white space expansion. Specifically managing high devaluation markets, leading pricing decisions and cash management to recover more than $10MM in profit.

Supporting multifunctional team of marketing, sales, product supply and market research in the development and financial assessment of initiatives for Power Oral Care across Europe - India, Middle-East, Africa. Specifically recommending pricing and supporting competitive response modeling. Initiative delivered superior NPV by focusing on up tiering to premium segments and focusing on e-commerce and discounter channel.

Supporting sales teams in Austria and leading finance team for trade fund management (4 direct reports). Responsible for harmonization of price list and rebate system across all customers .White space discounter expansion and ensure cash / sales management during Schlecker insolvency, achieving double digit sales during insolvency period. Managing fiscal year end and review of trade fund accruals with Deloitte. Setting up true score carding with biggest customer in Austria

Responsible for budget planning & tracking, monthly reporting, capital investments, forecasting, standard costing, restructuring, loss analysis, savings. Being the plant finance manager already in the second year of joining the company.
