Management activities of Supply and Demand Balance of Coatings and Construction businesses for all Latin American region (230 products, 37% from local plants in LAA and 67% imported from USA, Europe and Asia). Supply allocation, inclusion & phase-out of products. Responsible for being the primary interface with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Warehouse teams. Management of Optimization Projects: reduction of Product-Mix Complexity for Margin Maximization, and Inventory Reduction.

Management of Integrated Performance System Projects applied in End to End Cells (internal processes including since Sales, Manufacturing, to Product delivery), across different businesses and functions, aimed the achievement of Operational Excellence, Reliability, and Continuous Improvement.

Management of projects, leading since execution, to startup. Support Commercial teams on capture and evaluation of business opportunities, providing capability and feasibility analysis on introduction of new process and products. Conducted continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives by Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Responsible for Process Safety Risk Analysis, and resolution of compliance issues. Development and application Trainings for operational team.

Capital project management of new production facility, leading local team on execution and commissioning project activities. In addition, providing technical and feasibility analysis of new opportunities identified.

Optimization of extraction process to reduce costs on treatment of residual downstream. Performed activities of process monitoring and analysis of deviations, equipment sizing, and process unit simulations. Supported since activities of planning, execution, commissioning, plant shut down and start up on Expansion of Phenol-Acetone Plant - a $ 200 MM Capital Project. Performed project execution control, by the use of Work Breakdown Structure Tool and field progress monitoring.
