Leading Thales Group Corporate project to deploy a Digital Platform Solution for the whole Thales Group (all divisions and countries) enabling tooled process from R&T domain (technologies), over Product Policy (building blocks, products), PL Engineering (Projects), up to the market diffusion, while involving Thales Group assets such are Design (Thinking) Center, Digital Factory, cortAIx (AI center) and Thales Research and Technology (TRT).

Support Innovation Management of BUs regarding technical solutions and improvements. Build and manage KTD Network in Germany. Represent Germany in all four Corporate KTD Boards: 1. Software, 2. Hardware, 3. Systems, and 4. Processing, Cognition and Control (PCC). Intellectual Property Management themes.

Thales activities within SESAR project WP 15.4.5. (ADS-B Surveillance). Worked on bids support and Integration and Verification & Validation of Wide Area Multilateration System MAGS and ADS-B Systems.

Expatriation contract in Thales ATM Australia. Working in CMMI level 5 environment on various Eurocat-X bids and programs (APP and ACC ATM centers – approach and en-route) including interfacing to tower systems, and using MSTS (Multi Sensor Tracking System).

Supporting Airport Systems of Thales ATM in Gorgonzola, Italy to finish SATCONS and CAIRO programs and transfer of know-how of TECOS and ATAS products. Responsible for System Engineering and conducting site activities (pre-SAT, SAT) in Bangkok (Don Muang and Suvarnabumi Airports).

Segment Manager of the TECOS SATCONS Program System for a new Bangkok International Airport and Don Muang International Airport. Project Leader of the TACSYS/CAPTS System for FRAPORT (Taxi Control System / Cooperative Area Precision Tracking System). Leading System Engineer - responsible for analysis, specification, definition, design, physical implementation, integration, verification and documentation of the complex air traffic electronic systems for control, monitoring, surveillance of a/c.

Design of 32-bit microcontrollers mainly for automotive industry (BMW, Daimler, Opel). From bid to qualification phase.
