Participate in the coordination of Staff's Learning & Development; Evaluate and benchmark external training offers; Organize compulsory and ad-hoc in-house trainings; Take part in evaluation and impact assessment; Manage procurement and budget procedures; Provide feedback reports and statistics to management; Organize, execute and follow-up of senior management leadership development; Organize and deliver staff development day focusing on “How to Communicate Rights” for 140 participants.

 Provide guidance to Recruiting Directorates in relation to recruitment procedures;  Draft vacancy notices in line with applicable post descriptions;  Monitor applications and conduct eligibility checks;  Conduct interviews of candidates and draft recommendations;  Support newly appointed candidates in the on-boarding process;  Provide assistance in the organisation’s internal mobility programme i.e. guidance and counselling for employees.

 Provide assistance to HR Specialists with different ad-hoc projects;  Draft documents related to a selection exercise i.e. selection letters, offer of appointments, step determinations;  Arrange interviews and written assignments;  Liaise with candidates and/or NCBs in relation to selection procedures;  Draft the organization’s first testing policy and other procedures presented to management decision.
