Steering of the powertrain topics for all low to mid sized derivatives. Prioritizing problem landscape, reporting and making the quality prognosis for development as well as field projects.

Establishment and roll out of preseries quality management structures in the joint venture. Set up organizational structure, implement reporting and problem steering in coordination with development teams onsite and headquaters. Operational responsibility of process chain powertrain and interior. Hiring and training of quality managers driving dynamics and e/e.
