Partnering the business to drive and deliver value and results through the employees in the Global Customer Services Organization. The main emphasis of the role is in areas of employee relations, talent development, employee engagement and performance and change management. Since February 2009 I took on an additional role in the International Operational Development team. My responsibility therein is for Western Europe & GCU with regards to internal and external audits (ISO) and commercial assessments.

During parental leave working part time on various HR projects with different assignments and responsibilities within the organization, such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment and organisational development for International Product Marketing department as well as Business Control & Planning department and other Shared Functions.

Responsible for full range of HR related topics within Germany in Munich and Düsseldorf. Key areas impacted included recruitment & selection, performance management, organisational and job design, management & leadership development, employee communications and works council collaboration. I worked alongside the European Management Team in Munich with 1 direct report.

Mainly responsible designing, implementing and driving strategies for employer branding and international recruitment & selection in all hierarchy levels during a time of dynamic growth and business challenge. Impact was both in European HQ and European affiliates. Key HR operational areas impacted included pay & bonus, performance management, job evaluation / career ladders, organisational and job design, management & leadership development, employee communications and labour law.
