Duties and Accomplishments include: Teaching (designing and implementing courses for multiple departments for a global student body) Project Management (editing major scholarly volumes; convening major international conferences; supervisor of English-language publications for the Rector's Office (2010-2012); managing personnel, budgets, deliverables, communication, and promotion; ) Editor, Translator, and Copyeditor for academic, promotional, and marketing materials (web/print) Proposal writing

Designed and taught courses in American history and religion for the Department of History and the Department of Philosophy and Religion as part of a faculty exchange program. Worked with the university’s First Year Experience (FYE) program and the Teaching and Learning Collective (TLC) to help develop programs promoting the development and implementation of best practices in teaching.

Led (cradle to grave) successful proposal efforts procuring federal grants and funding for projects in the life and earth sciences and aerospace, including research, remediation, and exploration projects. Led/assisted in publications processes, including technical writing, technical editing, copyediting, and design; point of contact between Dynamac and printers. Worked with President, Senior Vice President, and independent consultant on corporate marketing/publications redesign (web and print).

Assisted in investigations and coordinated efforts between Mitigation Specialist, legal counsel, mental health professionals, and other professionals necessary to the preparation of mitigation defenses for capital murder trials for indigent defendants. Tracked capital and non-capital murder cases in Virginia over a five-year period. Successfully wrote and submitted proposals to grant-making and non-profit support institutions. Administered health care plan, budget, and prepared 501(c)(3) tax forms.
