Led Logistics & Transportation operational activities within EMAE for 57 manufacturing facilities across 5 Business Units (Healthcare, Snacks & Confectionery, Coffee, Petcare & Specialties, Meat & Dairy and Film & Foil). Set up of central operational processes & ways of working with external Service providers (4PL & freight carriers), internal Central Procurement, Customer Service & Commercial teams.

Supported global integration activities on Warehousing & Distribution network optimization. Working with cross-functional regional & local teams, supporting program execution for legal entity and systems integration of Takeda, Shire & Baxalta to deliver future Logistics strategy and KPIs. Organized central workstreams project implementation deliverables & timings, monthly reporting on GDL integration initiatives and coordinated cross-functional collaboration for deployment activities.

Project management for ERP implementation and improvements in Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes for an international distributor of speciality ingredients and chemicals. Raw material purchasing, warehousing and distribution for 300 consumer product manufacturers in 30 markets for the Pharmaceutical, Food & Wine, Food Supplements, Fragrances, Beauty Care & Cosmetics and Detergent industries.

Led the newly set up Supply Chain teams for the New Generation Products Category in South Europe Area countries for the launch all Vapor and Tobacco Heated Products (THP). Supervised and managed daily operational activities and the collaboration of local and Global teams for the successful integration of the NGP category with business as usual operations cross functionally.

Led the implementation of New Target Operating Model and One SAP (Business Operations Transformation Program) in a cluster of 4 countries (Greece, Malta, Cyprus & Israel), enabling BAT Group to operate as a single globally integrated company through standardized processes and systems.

Headed end-to-end Supply Chain and Logistics activities for a cluster of four countries, all with different Route-to-Market strategies and Supply Chain Distribution models. Led, coached and developed a team of 10, with 2 line Managers as direct reports and 2 dotted line in Cyprus & Malta.

Led a team of 43, and 5 direct reports in Warehousing, Distribution and Supply Chain planning. Improved and upgraded warehousing & distribution operations after the Rothmans merger, servicing 300+ direct customers through routes restructuring and new operational processes.

Managed a team of 13, with 3 direct reports. Set up warehouse premises & operations for the first J&J Distribution Center supplying products to trade customers in 35 countries in Eastern Europe & Central Asia Managed DCs daily order fulfillment operations, supply & demand planning and inventory management. Imported Finished Goods from 6 European factories and consolidated customer export orders bringing savings to the Group
