- Marketing and sales of lending products (for LatAm clients: UHNWIs, PICs and OpCos). - Full credit structuring and underwriting (risk, financial and collateral analysis; preparation and negotiation of credit memorandum, credit documentation and covenants). - Performing portfolio management and credit annual review. - Review of clients portfolios, balance sheet, cash flows and collateral to propose credit solutions.

- Lombard lending advisor on credit requests to Individuals, PICs & OpCos (LatAm, Middle-East Africa NRI, Swiss clients). - Analysis, structuring, negotiation and communication of complex credit transactions until the execution of them with a focus on a thorough risk, structure, collateral, balance sheet and cash flows assessment for recommendations. - Reviewing client portfolios, identifying credit opportunities, advising clients, bankers and investors on lombard.

- Credit risk management (on lombard, mortgage, aircraft, yacht, art, hedge fund, single stock, sblc transactions) on an international client’s portfolio (LatAm, Middle East & Swiss). - Perform credit risk due diligence, financial & collateral analysis, recommend loss given defaults. - Partner with credit executives for portfolio reviews, risk exceptions and approval of annual and interim reviews. - Partner with line of business to keep credit portfolio under key risk metrics and develop new transactions.

- Financial analysis, risk management and underwriting lines of credit (for corporates and individuals). - Reporting and presentation of monthly activity. - Development of the Iberian entity by establishing a common analysis system. - Contribute to the development of synergies within the Iberian strategy.

- Perform financial statements audits for French & International companies (French, US, UK GAAP & IFRS). - Conduct internal control audits to evaluate the clients' processes and giving feedback to improve these. - Present audit reports to management and certification of the financial information. - Recruit, train, and manage teams. Customer relationship management.

- Diplomatic Chancery, administration of the general enquiries from French and Foreign citizens. - Facilitate business relations between companies in France and in Hong Kong. - Promotion of cultural and commercial events. Management of the real estate portfolio.

- Structured Finance Closing Department (Middle-Front Office). - Assist in the closure and settlement of international trades.

- Retail Banking, Corporate Back Office. - Management of clients’ loan contracts and financial activity.
