Arkun Andıç

Currently serving as Global Director of Product Management – Air Handling at FläktGroup, responsible for driving the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of our AHU platforms across multiple Centers of Excellence. I lead global initiatives, product roadmap planning, cross-functional collaboration with R&D and Operations, and ensure our portfolio meets market needs, regulatory standards, and long-term business objectives.

Over 11 years at Systemair Türkiye, I worked across multiple key roles and business areas. I started my career as a Sales Engineer, later led the Business Development and Marketing departments, and eventually served as Technical Director in the factory. In this role, I was responsible for R&D, Product Management, Controls, Software Development and Order Processing teams, driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
