I independently manage, oversee, and coordinate all recruiting processes – from job posting to contract signing. Ensuring a positive and respectful candidate experience is equally important to me. Acting as a key interface between internal and external stakeholders, I collaborate closely with departments, HR, and external service providers. I actively develop and optimize our recruiting processes, leverage existing channels, and explore new tools and methods in line with current trends.

I manage the full hiring process — from defining role requirements to sourcing, interviewing, and securing top talent. Active sourcing and exploring new channels help attract top candidates. I collaborate with leadership to scale teams, optimize processes, and build strong talent pipelines. Using recruitment KPIs and data-driven tools, I continuously improve hiring strategies, especially in cybersecurity.

As a recruiter at DeepL, I was responsible for talent acquisition in various departments, working with hiring managers on job requirements and optimizing the candidate experience. I also developed guidelines and processes in hiring and create reports and analyses to support decision-making.

In this role, I focused on recruiting for digital roles (Marketing, Sales, Content, Social Media), as well as positions in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Logistics and business fuiunction roles (Office, HR, Finance) for different clients. I also covered relevant employment models including temporary staffing, premanend direct placements, and vendor services.
