Led end‑to‑end delivery of EV Transmission Control Module (TCM) software and systems projects for global OEM customers including Toyota, FAW, and Proterra, acted as primary point of contact. Coordinated cross‑functional engineering teams across systems, software, hardware, and validation, defining and governing work breakdown structures (WBS) to ensure full coverage of customer and regulatory requirements.
