timely preparing import-export documentation in accordance with the requirements of the shipment and/or LC •Following up the operations and banking transactions related to LC at both purchase and sales sides •Checking, preparing and issuing Import/Export L/Cs & Collections. •Handling all the operational processes of the shipments including invoicing, documentation, L/C presentation, payment requests of vendor invoices, etc. •Carrying out the communication with internal and external parties.

• Performing sales calls with all customers and potential customers in the assigned territory. • Promoting products. • Developing and maintaining effective customer relations. • Representing the company in different Exhibitions. • Checking and preparing export documentations in line with the buyer's requirements and the destination country's import regulations. • Issuing relevant commercial invoice to buyer • Coordinating with different parties to ensure smooth export operation
