Initiated & completed two risk mitigation projects in which we localized two imported materials. - Contributed in the launch of several new projects (nesquik biscuits, dolce wafer and fitness snacks) - Issued imported materials purchase orders after confirming production plans. - Followed up on purchase orders to ensure that there are no complications. - Provided forecast for the main suppliers reflecting the future requirements of 12 months.

- Sourcing strategy formulation, communication and implementation. - Integrated innovation elements from suppliers into Nestle innovation and renovation process. - Ensured the agreed service level with internal stakeholders. - Continued search for new suppliers, new ways of doing business, Aggregation Of spend between Ice cream & Dry Goods factories. - Worked on several Cost Improvement project (e-auctions, biding, etc.) generating accumulating around 5 mio Egyptian pounds in cost reduction for Nestle NEAR.

- Insured all liquid filling production machines are functional. - Followed up on monthly production plan and insured its fulfilment. - Managed and coordinated all customer/logistics returns. - Managed recycling of powder and liquid returns eliminating the destruction of 90 Tons worth of detergents.
