I was exposed to a world class (360 degree) exposure with Saudi Airlines for almost 20 years. At Saudi Airlines, I was exposed to work from sales, ticketing, reservation, traffic, cargo, public relation, government affairs and reporting directly to the area manager covering Lebanon, Syria & Jordan. My other qualifications include: • Bachelor of Arts; • Extensive experience in aviation/ tourism and hospitality with ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines; • A strong record of establishing industry best standards, introducing key processes and practices, meeting KPIs, managing different departments and facilitating change; and • Excellent interpersonal, managerial, communication, presentation and teamwork skills.
