My key responsibilities were scope study, impact analysis, product implementation, presales, client coordinations, guiding team in understanding and implementing the changes, fixing bugs, work/Task allocations, clientsite visits.

As Functional Consultant performed business process analysis and mapped the custom requirements and handle change management for numerous clients

Started as Support Engineer in Trading systems. company has in house product of trading software for the purpose of trading in stock exchanges (BSE,NSE, NCDEX,MCX..).. also worked with several big brokers of Indian capital market.

Skills include deploying, migrating and managing infrastructure (servers and desktops), installation & supporting windows software, system tools, improving hardware support and automating operational tasks , documentation, standardization, procedures and policies.
