* Responsible for Global IT HR Solutions delivering transformation projects in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Performance Management, Compensation, Recruitment and Learning Management systems. * Leading IT teams for allocating tasks for effective project implementation. * Independent and proactive management of global projects, milestone monitoring, risk management and mitigations.

Working closely with customers at CXO levels for HCM IT strategy, deployment and production support for SuccessFactors platform with large users (upto 80,000). Solution Design starting with business IT scope validation, review and customer workshops. Transformation of HR business processes to scalable IT solutions in SAP SuccessFactors modules like Employee Central, PMGM, Succession and Onboarding. Define/redesign process workflow and due diligence.

SAP HCM Payroll implementation for large public sector enterprise. SAP SuccessFactors implementation and production support.

• Providing SAP Implementation and production support/ enhancements for existing systems for OM, PA, PT and PY. • Issue monitoring and resolution as per the agreed SLA. • Requirement Analysis for new Developments i.e. Change Requests. • Responsible for preparing user-manuals and end-user training for new enhancements.
