- manage simultaneously multiple recruitment projects for different clients and different industries (IT, BPO, SSC, Production/Engineering, Finance, Sales etc.) - identifying appropriate candidates using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks - perform active search of candidates and develop headhunting activities - manage the relationship with clients regarding the candidates and the status of the selection process
