My main tasks were: • Act as an internal Salesforce Consultant and the main speaking partner • Monitor a behavior and data consistency between Pardot, Salesforce and other 3-rd party apps • Monitor and update business stakeholders, Service Managers, Project Manager's and internal support team about data quality • Efficiently support the stakeholders • Cooperate very close with Business Process Owners & Global Process Owner • Analyze every change implementation in Salesforce which had impact on MA activities

My daily duties were: • Ensuring all documents submitted for CDD are in line with approved policies and procedures, according to internal anty-money laundering procedures • Undertaking screening of names against various databases, • Acting effectively on all customer feedback to drive process improvement, • Delivering high-quality client services – through timely execution of work and for both business partner and customer, • Working in a pressurized, time-sensitive environment

• Product configuration • Configuration of approval rules for all process regarding business requirements and​ ​impact (Using Advanced Approval in Salesforce CPQ) • Creation​ ​of​ ​Visualforce​ ​email​ ​templates​ ​used​ ​for​ ​Approval​ ​Rule​ ​process • Control and synchronization the flow of bugs raised by testers from client • Technologies used: ​APEX Data Loader, Salesforce Inspector, Workbench, CPQ, SOQL​ ​queries

Being a technical support engineer for Salesforce product, I was responisble for: - working with customer to understand their problems and provide them the most adequate solution - providing T1 technical support to Salesforce administrators and users in French and English over the EMEA region as well as Canada - assisting customers with issues related to Data Management, CRM Configuration,Email & Desktop Integration and Analytics - resolving and documenting technical problems

My main tasks were: • invoice processing from internal vendors of France Boissons • deliver effective first line customer support and maintain key relationships • update the team leader on a regular basis of developments and progress of relevant operational issues • work collaboratively with colleagues in line with the team priorities and objectives (as well as with French OpCo)

Service Desk, support of French-speaking and English-speaking clients in Europe: • Ist line of support • constant contact with clients by phone and e-mail • maintenance of the stable and good relationship with current customers • conducting training with clients in accordance with standards • work with XML documents and checking the file compliance according to XML (EDIFACT) standardization

During that three-month trial period as a Junior Export Specialist: • development of my social and soft skills • acquisition of clients in Nordic markets • constant contact with clients via emails and phone-call

Research Project deals with the characterization of mechanical properties of refractory materials (including measurements such as ultrasonic characterization, thermogravimetry, scanning microscope)
