I implemented an Aquaponics System to Primary school Siavonga. I maintained the financial accuracy of the project, directed a group of 4 people with different backgrounds, handling daily and complex requirements. I conducted community engagement research and evaluated its impact, estimated expected changes in the project (operations, staff hiring, cost, maintenance strategy, monitoring and evaluation strategy), responsible for operations and change management, communications, budgeting and partnership.

I developed an event app I produced strategic planning for market analysis, product development, primary research. I Provided leadership to 5 members of the company specialising in IT, Marketing, Sales and UX designing. I Communicated with potential users to strengthen relationships and define the goals and objectives of the company. I set and maintained business procedures that streamlined operations and overseen budgetary and financial activities and implemented strategies to grow the business profit.

I set up Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn marketing strategies, wrote and developed social media kits for staff. I provided employees with additional training about social media accounts, Canva and Hootsuite, Made videos, pictures and other posts for 6-12 months period. I implemented marketing strategies which resulted in the growth of the customer base and improved email marketing by designing head and signature for staff.

During my week of shadowing in high management of the Product Management Department in Tata Steel, I learned responsibilities and decision-making process about steel making including, testing, cost, launching and killing the product. I wrote meeting minutes and learned about the hierarchy of a national company.

I conducted market research and analysis of the market, responsible for writing reports about testing and designing of products.I managed social media (Facebook and Twitter), designed infographic used for business funding pitch and created a business plan used for fund applications.

I delivered an exceptional level of customer service to each visitor of Swansea University by listening to concerns and answering questions. I conducted primary research for Swansea University about future students and performed presentations to students and their parents during Open Days. I worked for a calling campaign to students to help them with their application process.
