Improved the company's quality- and HSSE management systems (ISO 9001 certified and Achilles qualified) into an integrated SharePoint solution. Initiated and implemented programs to actively engage all employees in the improvement of the business. Also QHSSE Manager for the UK based laboratories from December 2010 till January 2013. Setting and follow up of KPIs. Temporarily HR lead in Norway from June 2011 to August 2012 and made a HR support system for multi-site co-operation on SharePoint.
