1.Developing close and interpersonal relationship with Brokers and Sales Team. 2.Arranging business meeting with direct corporate clients, informing them the procedure of working and preparing the meeting minutes. 3.Dealing with the day to day inquiries of walk in customers. 4.Assist in submitting and negotiating quotations with the Broker, in coordination with the Technical team. 5.Coordinate with the other departments such as underwriting, claims, operations, IT etc.

1.Handling fleet, new and renewal motor insurance business of motor department. 2.Rate and payment terms negotiation with the client. 3.Finalizing the business with the client informing the standard TAT for the processing. 4.Requesting the required documents from the clients as per the insurance company requirement for the policy issuance.

• Facilitating customers by providing information on company’s products and services. • Handling customer’s queries and complaints as per set of standards. • Creating SR and maintaining record of customers in Siebel. • Prepare product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. • Explaining customer details of monthly bill. • Maintaining the KPI in order to achieve excellent service levels.
