Globally responsible for the identification and development of top executive talents as well as for the pipelining and placement of our C-level functions which are in the scope of our board of management and supervisory board of Siemens. Having the privilege to lead a global team of 11 senior professionals across 3 countries and 5 locations. Besides, leading global people & organisation projects and thus shaping the future of Siemens.

As a participant of the HR International Assignment Program (HIP) of Siemens AG I'm currently on an international delegation in Madrid (Spain). "The HIP is a development program for HR professionals with great potential as well as high motivation and career aspirations. It contains an 18 months delegation where the participants will complete a demanding assignment in an HR role abroad and benefit from additional development measures."
