 Spearheaded the design and development of electrical harness systems for Airbus A350F Cargo and A320-XLR, ensuring compliance with industry standards and specifications.  Delivered 2D and 3D designs for electrical harness installations, equipment installations, and structures, driving on-time delivery with a 95% high On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate and a high FirstTime Right (FTR) rate

 Led the development of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings for A330 and A350F aircraft, utilizing Capital XC and other industry tools.  Engaged in complex design tasks, including wiring reports, BOMs, and foamboard/ stick diagrams, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards (AC/DC power distribution, EMI clearance, etc.)

 Designed mechanical components and conducted stress calculations for engine beams, pylons, and nacelle assemblies, ensuring structural integrity.  Applied industry standards such as WHMA-620 and IPC-610 to create and validate engineering designs, ensuring compliance with aerospace regulations.

 Designed metallic and composite parts and assemblies for commercial aircraft, emphasizing stress analysis, tolerancing, manufacturability, and material behavior.  Developed complex aerodynamic surfaces using lofting, reverse engineering, and advanced shape design techniques.
