Planned & implemented smooth migration of new clients to FundSettle; defined their a/c structure tailor made to their own need and internal structure; trained them; served the central escalation point for all kinds of Funds related issues; ensured correct placement of orders& analysed their monthly activities

Dedicated Transfer Manager for Credit Suisse Zurich, the client with the highest volume in the division in terms of transfers and queries. Investigated and provided solutions to all the problems/queries relating to any transfer for and from the client. For the first time in the division, set up a new way of tracking the recurring operational issues/complaints of the client and was successful in following it up and providing solution for majority of them.

In charge of collecting information from the market, analyzing, calculating and processing Partial, Early and Final redemption payment, Fixed and Floating Rate interest payment of bonds and informing the same to clients on time. In charge of investigation of erroneous payments and executing their reversals. Provided continuous support to Representative offices and other departments of Euroclear on various Income related problems and queries
