Consolidated division from within three divisions to a focused entity. Grew top line sales by 155% and profitablity to one of the highest in the corporation. Two prong approach operational excellence and innovative solutions to grow existing and new markets.

Developed the consoldating process to integrate two privately held companies after a management buyout. Focus of sales and marketing was expansion in Europe and South America. Much of the preparation was in creating branding while negtiations and eventualy sale of company to publicly held company.
