As a founder, owner and employee of my own consultant firm and through a number of freelance projects I have developed good project management skills, deep understanding in choosing and adapting the design process to each client, and guiding the involved parties through each step of the way. I have worked with projects ranging from packaging design and branding to user analysis, market segmentation and guidance in small start ups and large corporations in Norway.

Project management for Audi City - Responsive for coordinating concept development and implementation of service design concept in close relation to all work streams. Responsive for analysis and recommendations regarding customer segmentation and brand positioning, developing customer concepts and user profiles for several current and future models while taking part in the daily work life in the strategic development of Audi. Support in the development of the Audi Brand Plan and the customer concept for the Audi A1.

Brand Development I was part of the team forming requirements for a project focusing on the TANDBERG brand. I worked closely with both the marketing department, the R&D department and externally agencies.

Design Guidelines Development - I have worked closely with TANDBERG's designers, both industrial and graphical user interface designers, to align our new products and make sure they communicate our common values. The output from this project is a comprehensive and detailed guideline explaining our vision and mission, product values - and how to express these.

Student-driven design office, that during the summer months cooperate with and design for small-medium sized companies in rural areas of Norway.
