Execute multiple international projects by planning, organizing and applying data analytics to provide consultancy to company managers and policy makers.

Led an econometric research project focused on innovation dynamics in EU-based cleantech companies. Analysed using cluster analysis and machine learning techniques the correlation between the structure of top management teams and performance, and based on the findings advised 50+ Italian firms. Analysed and supported some of 4.310 European manufacturing companies in maximizing their energy-efficiency innovation output.

Worked with startups and investors to understand how they can improve their performance: • Collected investment data of 100+ top U.S. Venture Capital (VC) firms. Based on econometric analysis, predicted the potential IPO valuations of invested companies based on the investor syndication structures. Provided consultancy to local VC firms based on the findings. • Coached CEOs and managers of 12 young innovative companies by implementing methodology for Business Model (Re-)Design and Innovation (BMDI).

• Developed optimal control for reticle stage of the semiconductor lithography machine. • Designed and implemented state-of-the-art real time control algorithm, which resulted in improvements of motion control precision from 350 to 200 nanometers.
