Assesses and handling of incoming Air Freight tenders, corresponding analyses of documents & final pricing compilation Co-ordination & reviews of pricing received from the regions / countries to secure high quality & competitive submissions to the customers Conducts final quality & formula checks Pricing / Proposal preparation as well as final verification & benchmarking in alignment with the involved regions / countries Consults with Head of Air Freight Pricing for final pricing decisions

Manage and maintain high level of operational effectiveness of the Air Product. Provide support to the Sales Department and develop new target volumes & clients. Negotiation with warehouses and local handling providers to guarantee an efficient Procurement Management, to ensure the required GP and EBIT margin percentage. Develop, set up and follow up Charter Projects. Negotiation with local ground handling providers Planning and supervision of local and regional tenders.

Supervision of Traffic and Operational Personnel (10 employees); Claim Handling; Elaboration of SOP’s for major accounts; Establishment and Monitoring of KPI’s; Monitoring of ISO Requirements in areas of traffic, consolidations and customs brokerage; Support to Sales Team by visiting major accounts together with sales executives.

Coordination of the import process between origin stations and customers Revision, approval and follow up of shipping documents Notification and follow up of shipment arrivals
