Connolly Law Offices is a small litigation law firm specializing in real estate and title litigation. I joined the firm to develop its commercial real estate and financing practice and to develop a practice catering to developing energy companies. I presently handle commercial real estate matters and development matters. I assist clients in resolving existing environmental problems with state and federal environmental agencies.

At Seyfarth Shaw, I was a member of the Business Service Group, specializing in real estate development matters. I was also a member of the firm’s Environmental Safety and Toxic Tort Group which includes the alternate energy practice. My main practice consisted of drafting and negotiating documents necessary for developing sites (purchase agreements, easements, leases, licenses, financing, corporate approvals, etc.) and included the drafting of documents for resolving existing environmental problems.
