• Develop and implement new processes for existing products on behalf of a major customer, Rolls Royce Energy and Rolls Royce Marine, leading all process improvement projects though all stages of planning and implementation • Create Packaging and Shipping Plans weighing from 20lbs-10,000lbs (9kgs - 4,500kgs) • Verify and validate corrective and preventive actions and solicit buy-in from senior executives • Ensuring that Work Instructions are in compliance with ISO and is current in the QMS

Summary: Develop and establish manufacturing process and deliverables inclusive of process capability, standard time, process training, scrap reduction and responsible for NPI, production ramp up, mass production and sustainment. Working with the Mechanical Design team during the early stages of the product and ensure that it’s within the DFA standards.

Summary: Support Configuration and Pack at RIM Manufacturing and Outsourcing Partners. Responsible for Engineering Change Notice (ECN) work flow sign-off and implementation; new Customer Product Request (CPR)/Product Ready Device (PRD) setup and pilot support; routing /pallet/shipping/pallet configuration support in packing area using SAP and Oracle as a daily tool.
