Über mich
Born and raised in Germany, I studied and worked in the US, Japan, Russia, Australia and various countries in Europe, before settling in the Netherlands. In all these places, I studied cultures first hand and experienced the differences. At the Thunderbird School of International Management (USA/Japan), I learned about cultural patterns and their impact on doing business in the global marketplace. I am a well-rounded professional, with many years of experience in HR management, project management in change processes and in intercultural communication. Throughout my work experience, my thorough organisation skills, focus on processes, efficient project work and facilitation skills have been thoroughly refined. Combining my experiences with the Hofstede Model, I’ve been consulting companies on their cross-cultural communication, international negotiation approaches and D&I strategies.
