Managed a team of bid managers that supported the Salespeople in complex and multi-brand bid situations. Transferred less complex bid support activities to a remote support center.

KidsSmart Progamme is one of IBM's community-projects. The objective is to enable children with migration background to improve their command of the local language and thus their chances throughout school career and working life. My responsibility is the selection of recipient schools and the coordination of the roll-out.

Managed several logistics projects throughout Europe to improve the delivery reliability and reduce the cost for IBM spare parts. Managed a global planning department for supply forecast and ordering of IBM spare parts.

As logistics project manager, I coordinated changes in the spare parts processes and the supporting systems for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Established a reliable Sales Forecasting Method by analyzing logistics and financial data, combined that data with historical Sales Data and its projections and prepared the findings for presentation to Top Management
