Reporting to Managing Director and German Headquarters. Oversee procurement, logistics, estimation and after sales support for Middle East and Northern Africa markets. Develop policies and procedures, brand principles and communication tools to ensure effective client and internal communication. Responsibilities also include staff training and supervision. Draft forecast reports. Maintain positive relationships with distributors.

• Won 2 year tender of the German Ministry of Health for the organization of all trade delegations to Arab countries. • Organized a 20 head delegation to the Sultanate of Oman consisting of leading German healthcare representatives, led by the German Federal Minister of Health, H.E. Dr. Philipp Roesler in January 2011. • Conducted marketing research and strategies on the Saudi Arabian healthcare market for the Canadian Embassy Riyadh and the Italian Trade Commission in Dubai.
