LINK Application is an iOS/Android Application developed by Rakuten Japan to attract network subscribers by providing calls, messaging, games, news, discovery under one platform. · Handling Platform Product management for Rakuten LINK application (both iOS and Android) to increase customer base for mass adoption. Increased customer base by 2x by delivering features such as Advanced Messaging, Enhanced search discovery, integrating Rakuten points, Coupons etc. under one platform with a team of 40 members.

· Handled "Huawei Music" Subscription platform in which 100M users are subscribed and implemented Content based Recommendation system with Global team (of 30 members in AI division) which leads to 240% improvement in customer retention. · Met over 130% top-line revenue goals during 2019-20 due to the 3M user increase in "Huawei Music" platform subscription. . Processed incoming bug report analyses to design software update roadmaps.

Android Application project called "Enhanced Ride mode application" worked during Jan 2017-Dec 2018 · Pivoted, designed (by Performing UX prototyping) and Implemented "Enhanced Ride mode Application" from scratch leading to 78000 Weekly Active Users acquired in a span of 8 months. · Led 5 cross-functional team from product conception through launch via multiple iterations. Reduced time to launch Ride mode app by 20% by improving efficiency.

· Developed CDMA/LTE Protocol stack for various operators in US regions for Samsung flagship mobile phones.

SIP and IMS developer for Alcatel Lucent client
