Here I'm having an opportunity to coach 3 internacional and multi culture teams to deliver a new concept of data management tool. As Startup we are using the MVP concept to deliver, measure and adapt the plan, focusing on customer value and customer centric. Unfortunately the company is closing by nov/18 and the investors decided to don't proceed with the business.

Here I've coach 5 teams between USA, India and Brazil, with LeSS framework (Large Scale Scrum) leading teams, facilitating dynamics. My biggest achievement was to create and maintain the main flow of working between team, PO and stakeholders, from defining and prioritising the backlog, to continuous delivery to the enduser. Here I trained more than hundred employees with Agile Foundation, Scrum Master and Product Owner course.

I worked there as Agile Coach for 3 different teams and Agile Chapter Leader of 17 Scrum Masters. All teams were using Jira Agile, DevOps, CI/CD and follow all necessary agile practices. Each team has its own PO and about 7 developers.

I worked there as Agile Coach keeping a structured process as a means of delivery of solutions development center of Plus-IT.
 I helped redefining software development process, from the waterfall to agile (Scrum / Kanban / Jira). The development center serves one of the leading education companies in Brazil, as well as a large company in the international financial transport area.

I worked there as a Scrum Master & Proxy PO, leading two teams, with Kanban and Scrum. I interface with the customer and business analysts, bringing the pipeline to the team, creating predictability and ensuring that we kept within acceptable limits of quality and contributing to the team to stay productive.
