As a Microsoft Consultant, I write PowerShell scripts for automating the Azure administration and for Azure DevOps automation.

My activity in the back office involves verifying and processing invoices in SAP as well as finding and fixing errors. Some issues require further email clarifications with distribution network operators. MS Office apps are also integrated into my work environment.

As a Windows Support Specialist, I created and updated SOPs and knowledge base articles for both the Access Management team and the Service Desk team. I connected with other teams and users via phone, email and Skype in order to offer training on technical matters, provide system access and resolve issues. I also wrote PowerShell scripts to automate the assignment of user right. Technologies used: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, RSA, Telekom VPN, Pulse Secure SSL VPN and PowerShell.

As a Cloud Support Engineer, I offered technical support to customers via telephone and email in order to resolve issues via Azure Identity and offer guidance and support on the use of Office 365 technologies. Within this role, I utilised various technologies including Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, PowerShell, Cloud Services, Microsoft Azure, OneDrive, Azure Active Directory, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams.

As an ADC Specialist, I supported the company with the addition of new functions in Excel data, and uploaded files in applications. I also cooperated with German auditors via both Skype and email, and supported auditors with the preparation of accurate documents in Word and Excel.

As a Junior Java Developer, I worked with clients to help them add new software functions. I also fixed bugs, and ran test units for client code. Within this role, I utilised various technologies including Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Spring, Hibernate, SVN, Git, Intellij IDEA, TOAD, SQL Server, Maven, Oracle Weblogic Server, REST, JSP, Velocity, and Togglz.

As a Customer Support Agent, I supported clients with the resolution of any order issues via email, and offered technical support and client assistance. Within this role, I employed SAP to accurately process order data.
