To manage annual budget targets of the department by coordinating Planning, Sales and Procurement functions.Responsibility for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean Manufacturing.Experience of; high-pressure steam systems, liquid and semi-liquid filling lines, vacuum systems, cooling systems and pneumatic systems in line with production.

Responsible for 12 workers, carry out and control predictive maintenance applications in the whole cement plant. Composing the spare parts lists with technical drawings (AutoCAD), maintenance lists and lubrication lists. To decrease maintenance and spare parts costs by managing the maintenance teams effectively, and ensure production and quality maintenance applications
