Management, organization and coordination of the recreational clubs and activities dedicated to the students of the Institute. Management of all the aspects regarding the involved students (sign-up, orientation, training, promotion). Sourcing, management and coordination of the external partners (teachers, associations, organizations).

Responsible for effective management of the front desk area by providing customer service to visitors, staff and applicants who enter the office. Management of the telephone and switchboard, performing administrative tasks, including mail distribution, ordering office supplies and other assigned duties.

Updating of the Italian website ShopAlike.it. Writing of editorial texts and website-content; quality management for the website; clean up and debug activities on the website pages; sourcing of new potential customers/e-commerce shops; monitoring the costs of all shops to detect budget issues.

Management of sales orders until the final shipping; preparation of all the shipping documents and invoices; management of the customers requests. Management of the purchase orders of the company following the sales forecast.

Formulation of commercial proposals; Management of requests from potential customers.

Development of a new method to analyze the price of the new products, with particular focus on the spare parts.
