- Coordination and execution of: recruitment, selection, on boarding, development, employee relation, compensation, benefit, social security. - Recruit, interview, and hire qualified individuals. - Manage onboarding process. - Develops and maintains good working relationships with internal and external customers and providers.

Recruitment, Compensation plans, Conducting orientation and training programs, Displaced beneficiaries under the General Health and Social Security System, Welcomes new employees to the organization, Update of database, Invoice to clients, Development and optimization of Service & Support processes and activities, Preparing commercial offers, managing to obtain service and maintenance contracts from all new customers regarding After Sales Services.Organization of travels to clients worldwide

Support to the HR and Organization Manager by planning and coordination of meetings, presentations, coordination of business travels, management of the agenda, settlements , card management of employees, supplies orders and control, suppliers for maintenance, coordination of sustainable projects, development of internal policy, update organizational charts, support in projects like "KUBI" and the "host manual”, CV filtering, interviewing and recruiting process.
