Within the global project to replace a scattered HR tools landscape with one HCM cloud solution from Oracle I am leading the recruitment domain. During the project phase 1 the full global implementation of the recruitment module ORC was essential. Foloowing process re-design, configuration, SIT, UAT, go live prep the implementation was achieved early Dec 2023. Within hypercare and post go live support bugs, issues and improvement ideas are identified, analized, solved or put on future feature roadmaps.

Business ownership for the recruitment tool (Oracle Taleo) and the responsibility for the global recruitment process. Building a dedicated global talent acquisition organization and leading the Europe TA Specialist team for 18 months until transitioning it into the HR Regions organization. AI is everywhere lately - also in TA - so we are also exploring how we can enhance the service, improve user experience and fill current gaps with AI/ML solutions.
