Gathering knowledge across different positions at Delivery Hero I have gained fundamental experiences in bringing teams together and breaking down silos between marketing, data, product and development in order to foster technical advancements and be a pioneer in the industry. Leading the CRM Tech Team at the fastest growing online food delivery platform while managing the tech stack across 45 entities has helped me strengthen my profile.

In CRM Tech I have found my passion and was able to develop my skillset in various areas such as Web SDK integrations as well as Web Tracking in GTM, Email deliverability and IP reputation, joint performance marketing as well as 3rd party integrations and working with a diversity of tools while supporting on a global scale.

Having been exposed to the campaign side of CRM I wanted to deepen my knowledge on the tech side. As a Junior CRM Tech Manager I supported the full QA of SDKs and the technical troubleshooting of campaigns and features. This position helped me to learn more about industry innovations and its implications for CRM in our markets.

As Junior CRM Manager I took first responsibilities supporting all CRM activities, including: • Campaign planning, execution and monitoring on all major CRM channels • Supporting the Q planning and strategic vision/KPIs • Setting up and coordinating lifecycle flows from Mobile app and web push notifications, in-app messages, and Email campaigns

After conducting research for my Master Thesis about the usage of health-related smartphone applications, I wanted to emerge in the real world practices of app marketing. This traineeship helped me to: • Gain fundamental knowledge of the app ecosystem incl. ASO, and mobile CRM • Support on visibility and in-store conversation rates for apps • Get to know advertising attribution and retargeting partners • Conceptualise and implement mobile push notifications

In line with my Bachelor's thesis, this internship was carried out as a graduation assignment in the final year of my Bachelor Studies. Research was conducted at Delda Sport Amsterdam, a sport organization that dedicates itself toward enhancing the health and fitness of high-profile clients with the uniqueness of personal training and fighting sport elements. Effective communication and branding strategies were developed and implemented.

During my Bachelor's Degree I did an internship at one of the leading international identity and branding agencies, advising clients such as Audi, Siemens, and Commerzbank. I supported the team with conducting market and competitor analysis, as well as with the planning and implementation of sales projects. The internship helped me to get a first taste of working in a fast-paced environment and remaining focused on the main goals while working under time pressure.
