ConnectedDrive is a connected car technology and service package by BMW. Some of these services, such as the Concierge Services and the Intelligent Emergency Call, are delivered by Call Centers which are integrated to the BMW ConnectedDrive Backend. I held a double role as Functional Owner/Backend component Owner for „Call Center Integration“ and as a Project Manager for Call Center Rollout and Migration projects.

Module Lead for System Configuration and Integration, Body Development area, BMW. Projects: F34 3-Series Gran Turismo (2013 launch), F36 4-Series Gran Coupé (2014 launch), Supervision of series production and further development for F2x, F3x and older 1 and 3 series models. Vehicle development projects at BMW follow a matrix organizational structure, with vehicle projects on one axis and technical areas on the other.

Project Manager for Infotainment Main Unit. Projects: Navigation and Entertainment System „RNS315“, Radio „MIB Entry“. I was responsible for planning, tracking and ensuring the development and integration of the SEAT variants of the Infotainment Head Unit.

As a software developer at this Barcelona-based start-up I designed and implemented front-end mobile applications. Working independently for the assigned projects, my responsibilities included the collection and analysis of customer requirements and the complete design, implementation and validation of the solution.
