Implementation of company's HR policies in the Romanian and Moldavian organization - Contribution to the development of a group-wide Talent Management Strategy - Recruiting for Romania and Moldova - Centralization of training needs and organization of needed trainings

Project Based Internship • The project: compiling of a Balkan Talent Development Framework; • Key areas of the project: significance and importance of Talent, methods and instruments for identifying Talent, Talent Management for maximum return on investment; • Secondary task: assisting HR Manager in optimizing assignment and succession planning.

Manager of others: 20-26 direct reports, 4 language teams; Customer behavior monitoring, close collaboration with Marketing; Administration of content on website (4 languages); close collaboration with IT to adapt web site and ordering process to customer needs; End-to-end recruiting process, induction and training, shift staffing, reporting & statistics, job descriptions; Performance evaluation plan & implementation and retention strategy, that led to 0 turnover for Team Leaders;

Main task: recruiting, from job ad to hiring decision; Staffing of newly opened Bucharest office (initially 60 employees); Shift staffing (3x8h shifts, full-time and part-time employees); Activity summary: screening of around 1000 resumes, interviewing of about 300 people, and hiring of at least 100.
