Support the manager and senior manager with Net Fee Income projection, including reviewing process and building a tool to support the team and improve accurate recruiters accuracy Monitor and drive team CSATs response rates and drive improvement on AMS’ Internal Audit performance to ensure the team’s SLAs/targets are met. 1:1 weekly sessions with 4 junior/recent recruiters, reviewing KPI/Targets, providing guidance with specific queries on their day-to-day work
