• Responsible to manage the correct workplace performance in the 2 main offices in Sao Paulo including Facilities (Hard and Soft services), Real Estate and IT Support. • Definition of the strategy for the area in the short and long time, including roadmap and new structure aligned with the values of the company and finance budget. • Responsible for management a team of 9 direct members.

•Responsible for the short- and long-term strategic deliveries of Facilities and Real Estate team according SLA and KPIs. •Responsible for support hyper growing of new employees, delivering on-time new building offices sites from zero to inauguration including the day-to-day workplace for five offices building in Brazil, one in Argentina, one in Colombia, one in Mexico, one in Germany and started one office in USA complying with all permissions and local laws needed.

•Responsible for the LATAM Facilities and Real Estate Management Projects, achieving savings of $1,2M USD per years with focus in process standardization. •Leading the transition of Facilities Services Management for 182 offices in Latin America, working daily in collaboration with MetLife's Facilities Managers in Latin America. •Won global sustainability contest as LATAM Regional Leader due the creation of Reduction in Energy Project with achievement of 10% of reduction in energy consumption in LATAM.

•Developed and supervised projects of office renovations at Disney Headquarter, Disney Houses, main theater, Studios Lots and other civil facilities according to Disney procedures and following North American Standards – OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration). •Managed projects through TRIRIGA - IBM System for three Disney Studios (Burbank, Glendale and Prospect).
