As Product owner of the use case "Manufacturing-as-a-Service (MaaS)" in the Catena-X project (funded by the BMWK) I took over the: - Creation of use case vision up to user stories together with the team - Orchestration and coordination of various companies who build the team - Agile work: Leading in agile recurring meetings, system demos and more - Motivation of the team - Hand in hand - work with the Scrum Master to plan and document meetings and results - Represent MaaS to int. and ext. people

- Subject matter expert in end-customer support for build processors from German machine manufacturers - Organization and implementation of training for sales and training departments of our customers in the field of machine manufacturers - Technical support for our direct sales on issues relating to build processors

- Project management from requirements engineering to release-to-market according to ISO 9001 - Technical contact (SPOC) for OEMs in the DACH region for metallic 3D printing - Development of software specifications together with the customer - Elaboration of the software specifications with the development derivation up to the complete acceptance by the customer - Customer care and training - Responsibility for national R&D projects for technology development
