− Led & significant Business Process Transformation project and have set up offshore operations from Cable&Wireless to Tata Communications, resulting in customer opex reduction by 20% − Set up teams of 120 FTE; for telecom infrastructure operations (network planning and deployment) for Enterprise Customers of Cable&Wireless − SME for implemented tools: trained 120 FTEs with process flow and tool usage − Designed, tested and rolled out Clarify (workflow management) & Cramer (network management) systems
