Chiara Steenbuck

During my internship, I contributed to an international IT transformation program within the context of a major corporate acquisition for a leading European travel group. As part of the Project Management Office (PMO), I supported the closing preparation phase and overall integration planning, while also taking independent responsibility for content-driven workstreams.

During my internship, I designed and developed an interactive workshop concept aimed at transforming traditional IT organizations into agile, product-oriented structures. The format, tailored for C-Level executives, was piloted in a real client case within the steel industry. My responsibilities included concept evaluation, process design, iterative refinement of materials, and close collaboration with stakeholders throughout the project.

As a working student in Business IT Consulting, I supported a large-scale IT transformation project focused on migrating a core banking system, ensuring the smooth transition of all major products and functionalities to a new vendor. Within an agile feature team, I contributed to the business analysis process by eliciting, refining and documenting functional requirements, while ensuring alignment between business and technical stakeholders during implementation.

As a working student in strategic IT consulting, I contributed to projects on value-driven IT management. My work focused on developing reporting concepts for IT cost allocation, analyzing client data and improving consulting approaches for IT financial management.
