Über mich

I am currently studying M.A. International Management - Creative Leadership in SRH University to gain more comprehensive business knowledge which can be applied to both enterprise and entrepreneurial fields. Before that, I had three and half years of working experience focusing on customer experience enhancement at Garmin, including CRM system implementation, workflow determination, and employee training in a multi-cultural environment. To extend my experience, I am taking Google User Experience Design classes on Coursera to learn more about user experience from psychological and visual perspectives in the meantime. I like to learn new things and enjoy the sense of achievement. I am self-directed and well-organised. When it comes to projects, I concentrate on the big picture and stay calm while facing adversity and achieve targets in a timely manner. I value teamwork and take the consensus of team members important, however, I believe myself is also a great individual worker.
