Chloe Backhouse

I am part of X4 Group’s Talent Acquisition team. I hire on an international level and am currently hiring new recruits for our X4 Berlin office. I also focus on hiring for X4's Technology brand in our London and New York offices. My role is to source talented individuals and guide candidates through the interview process. My goal is to ensure I continue to engage with and hire high calibre candidates to join our growing international recruitment business and support them along their X4 Group journey.
